Everyone deserves equitable access to quality preventative health care, regardless of financial circumstance. That’s why I offer a sliding scale pricing model. If you’re committed to improving your health but feel cost may be a barrier, you may qualify for a reduced monthly rate. My goal is to make sustainable fitness and lifestyle support as accessible as I can, transparent, and personal. This sliding scale model is based on equitability rather than need.

Tier 1

$200/4 weeks

Foundation

For those looking to build stability and currently navigating financial constraints.

Example Criteria:

  • Income <$45,000*

  • Student with financial need

  • Single Parent or primary care giver

  • You have significant medical expenses not covered by insurance

  • You live with a disability or chronic health condition that imapcts work

  • You recently experienced job loss

Tier 2

$265/4 weeks

Momentum

For those financial stable, but budgetting - able to pay the typical rate for ongoing support.

Example Criteria:

  • Income: $45,000-$70,000*

  • Currently employed with stable income

  • Financially stable but “budgetting”

  • Repaying student loans, but employed

  • You can consistently meet your needs (food, water, housing, transportation, healthcare)

Tier 3

$325/4 weeks

Thrive

For those who are able and wish to invest more to expand access for others.

Example Criteria:

  • Income: $70,000+*

  • Currently employed with stable income

  • Financially stable, with disposable income

  • You own property of have other forms of financial security

  • You are in a position to contribute toward creating equitable access to care for others

* You will never be asked for proof of income or any special reason indicated. The sliding scale model is based on community trust and integrity.
